Small sardines (Sardina pilchardus) come from the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean, caught from May to December.
We choose the best specimens, those that have been treated with all the pampering. Silver jewels that arrive at our plant intact.
The cleaning, roasting and packing process is handmade. The result, unique “sardinillas”, have achieved international prestige and constitutes one of the emblems of the Real Conservera Española Brand.
